Digital delivery
Bundles are delivered digitally and may become accessible immediately. Completed digital orders are normally non-refundable except for the Ultimate Vault satisfaction promise, verified duplicate payments, failed delivery, or where required by law.

Payment or delivery problems
If you were charged but did not receive access, contact Telegram support with the purchase amount, approximate time, and a partially masked payment reference. Do not send banking passwords, PINs, or OTPs.
Duplicate payments
Verified duplicate charges for the same order may be eligible for correction or refund. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
Requests
Send refund or delivery requests promptly through the official Telegram support link. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
